The typical loan size arranged by Grierson Commercial is between $5,000,000 and $50,000,000. However, we work on all commercial mortgage business with our loyal borrower clients without limitations. We have secured financing as low as $150,000 in the case of an individual industrial strata unit mortgage to well in excess of $100,000,000 for a comprehensive land assembly and condominium development.

The company is a licensed mortgage brokerage in the Provinces of British Columbia and Alberta with its head office located in the Downtown / Coal Harbour area of Vancouver, B.C.
